FEATURE FOCUS
Custom Rules and Alerts
Our Rules feature allows you to create custom rules tailored to your business needs. You can define specific conditions—such as portfolio thresholds, concentration limits, or performance targets—and the system will automatically monitor them for you.

If a rule is breached, you’ll receive an immediate alert so you can take quick action. This ensures you maintain control over your client portfolios and can respond to changes or risks in real time.
Access our guide to learn more about Rules and Alerts on the Performativ platform.
FEATURE FOCUS
Prospect Clients
The Prospect Clients feature enables you to create and manage potential clients directly within the Advisor Portal on the Performativ platform. Instead of adding them as full clients, you can create a prospect profile to track interactions without affecting your core client data.
With Prospect Clients, you can:
- Create a dedicated prospect profile.
- Track communication and progress toward onboarding.
- Convert a prospect to a full client once they’re ready to onboard, with all data carried over seamlessly.
This feature helps you manage and nurture potential clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
NEW FEATURE AVAILABLE
Exclude Instruments and Cash from Fee Calculations
We’ve added a new option to our Fee Management feature that enables you to exclude specific instruments and cash from your fee calculations. This allows for more precise billing by giving you full control over which assets are considered when calculating client fees.

Whether you want to exclude non-fee-eligible instruments or adjust for specific client agreements, this feature ensures that your billing reflects the correct asset mix.
NEW INTEGRATIONS AVAILABLE
New Custodian Integrations: Liberty, Centevo, and Huddlestock
We’re pleased to introduce our latest custodian integrations with Liberty, Centevo, and Huddlestock. These additions enable seamless data access within our platform, supporting streamlined operations and improved visibility across portfolios.
COMING SOON
Integrated Chat with Email Synchronization
A new communications feature is on its way, bringing seamless client messaging to our platform. With built-in chat fully synchronized with email, every message sent via chat will automatically appear in your client’s inbox—and vice versa.

This ensures smooth, multi-channel communication while keeping all conversations centralized. Easily track discussions, follow up on key messages, and maintain a clear, organized record of client interactions—all in one place.

The Register of Information Deadline is Approaching
Within the next few weeks in accordance with the new DORA regulation, regulated financial entities who have operations in the EU must submit their Register of Information for the first time. This Register is a key compliance obligation, detailing an entity (or group of entity)’s structure, critical functions, ICT assets, and contracted third-party providers to demonstrate management of their digital operational network and provide transparency to regulators to ensure sector-wide operational resilience.
Compiling and maintaining this information can be time-consuming and error-prone, requiring teams to align data internally to comply with the Supervisory Authority’s data point model while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
To simplify this process, DORAedge provides an intuitive solution that allows you to easily build, manage, and validate your Register of Information. Teams can manually enter their data via a simple UI or leverage the platform’s import functionality to streamline data entry to generate their Register of Information in the required format. DORAedge offers data validation features to ensure seamless and complete reports for submission. With DORAedge, you can submit your Register on time with ease, accuracy, and confidence.
